A delicious cocktail, one of my favourites on a hot summer's day, so refreshing!

Perfect way to remember those nights out with the girls.

I decided to combine two of my interests - cocktails and prints to create this elegant cocktail print.

Recipe:

75 ml Prosecco

50 ml Aperol

25 ml Soda water

Ice cubes and orange slices for garnish

Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes, pour in the prosecco and then add the Aperol. Top up with soda water. Give the glass a gentle stir and then garnish with fresh slices of orange. Enjoy!

A delicious and very refreshing drink to enjoy with friends on hot summer days.
