A light, refreshing cocktail, minty and delicious.

Perfect way to remember those nights out with the girls.

I decided to combine two of my interests - cocktails and prints to create this elegant cocktail print.

Recipe:

50 ml White rum

25 ml Soda water

25 ml of freshly squeezed lime juice,

25 ml of simple sugar syrup

Mix the rum, soda, lime juice and sugar syrup in a tall glass, add fresh mint leaves. Gently crush the mint leaves with a muddler to release the flavour. Add crushed ice to 3/4 and stir. Top up with crushed ice, garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy!

A refreshing drink to enjoy with friends on hot summer days.

Signed and numbered on the front at the bottom.
