A delicious cocktail, one of my favourites, I do enjoy fruity cocktails!
The Piña Colada is a classic. A creamy, fruity cocktail with a wedge of pineapple and a cherry to complete the look. Perfect way to remember those nights out with the girls.
Recipe:
100 ml (3.5 oz) white rum
120 ml (4 oz) cream of coconut
240 ml (8 oz) pineapple juice
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes and shake. Pour into a tall glass, garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.
Signed and numbered on the front at the bottom.
