This fashionable shop selling upcycled clothes was Moderne Buckles from 1952 until 2006 and it used to sell buckles and buttons to the local clothing manufacturers. It was a family business which the son in law took over.
However, selling buckles was no longer profitable so he developed an under counter trade selling dodgy guns to the local underworld. However even this wasn’t profitable as he and his partners were sent down for twenty years in 2006.
